These criteria specified that each place identified as an Activity Center had to possess two required attributes: \u2022 A Local Policy requirement - the place is identified as an existing center or growth priority area in a locally-adopted land use plan \u2022 A Density requirement \u2013 the place is forecast by 2040 to have a total persons density (a combination of employment plus population) above the average for jurisdiction in which it was located. <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>",
